Here is your chance to step into the shoes of a DJ and come up with your own creative DJ name.  Maybe you already have a name because you have secretly always wanted to be a DJ for a club or radio station.  Try and come up with something creative that reflects who you are and your own personality.  An example of a DJ name would be “DJ PHATTY” or “DJ FRESH”.  Whatever name you come up with, make sure that it is an appropriate name.  Once you come up with your DJ name, you are going to have to make a creative logo that represents you as a DJ.  Your DJ name needs to somehow be incorporated into your logo and appear at the top of this page on your “website”.  Along with this logo and name, you need to list the following questions and answer them on your page:

BLAKE HAYES

Favorite Food/Restaurant:  A big part of my family is Italian and my dad was a chef at one point, so I love Italian food, but I'll eat just about anything. One of my favorite restaurants is Papa Razzi, but I'm biased because I actually used to work there (and sometimes they still give me a discount!).

Birthplace:  Westport, Connecticut. Then I moved to Madison when I was 12, then Boston. Snow was fun when it meant a day off from school, but now I'm not such a big fan.

Favorite TV Show:  I've finally gotten hooked on American Idol. Aside from that, all my favorite TV shows are ending... Will & Grace... The West Wing... they better not cancel Idol! I love any Law and Order (especially SVU), but I haven't gotten completely addicted yet. I want to watch Scrubs more.

Favorite Artist:  I love Billy Joel. My parents turned me on to him when I was a little kid, and I've loved all his music ever since (even his classical album is GREAT).
