to ensure all tasks are completed properly.

• Web Designers create web page templates. Make sure you implement everything your team decided on during the design phase.
  

• Web Design Project Manager notifies Graphics team when the templates are ready. Team discusses procedure for coding the pages. Assignments for each page are given.
  

• Graphic Designers will search for images, take pictures, create icons, animations, etc.. (if necessary)
  

• Graphic Designers create PowerPoint template.

• Graphic Design Project Manager notifies Web Design team when the templates are ready. Team discusses procedure for creating slides to explain project. Assignments for each page are given.

• Everyone works on coding and testing their assigned web pages. When complete, each person works on their PowerPoint slides.

• When individual web page work is done, the Web Project Manager will be responsible for making sure the site is ready to publish.

• When the individual PowerPoint slides are done, the Graphics Project Manager will be responsible for making sure that all slides are consistent and the presentation is complete.
