Process & Roles
RESEARCH & EVALUATION TEAM – ALL
Everyone will be responsible for conducting internet research and evaluating each of the online school store web sites during the first two days of this project according to the instructions.
Once we have developed a list of criteria and questions, an assigned team member may want to interview the store attendant to determine types of goods sold and brainstorm ideas on how to best represent the store.
Please review the list of roles for this project and determine who will fill each role.
IMPORTANT: Please note. Once the templates are created for the web site each one of you will code at least one page. In addition, you will create a slide that explains the web page you created. So, with that said, don't worry that you won't get a chance to code during this project. It's a team effort and you'll be involved in all aspects of the project, regardless of the role you choose.

The Process
As you know, this project is expected to take 2 weeks (10 class periods) to complete. Please be sure to pace yourself, print and follow the Project Requirements Checklist below to make sure you have completed all the requirements and have enough time to finish. The Project Manager will be checking in with each of you to make sure you are on schedule.
By now you have seen the PowerPoint presentation of this webquest, understand the task to be completed and know what group you've been assigned to.
Please remember that all students are expected to contribute equally, spend their class time wisely and to be excellent team players. You will be graded on these areas (See the evaluation rubric for details). If you finish early, help out your team members. Your hard work will be noticed!
You should also expect to spend some out of class time conducting research, interviewing, and working on other areas of this project. If you feel you are running behind, or would simply like extra class time to work on this project, you are welcome to come and work in the computer lab any day after school. Just let me know.
Remember late work is 10 points off for each day late!
